We are concerned for those in our community who end up self-isolating when they live on their own or are in vulnerable categories. We want to do all we can to help. So please call on 07948 903750 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Shopping and Medication
If you are self-isolating or shielding and need someone to do shopping or collect a prescription, please ring 01432 260027 to log your need. The Bromyard Volunteer Co-ordinator will ring you back to discuss how best the local volunteers can help you.
Do you need emergency food aid? Perhaps you’ve been laid off work due to the Corona Virus pandemic, or for some other reason you need Food Bank help.
St Peter’s church now runs Helping Hands Food Bank, with the support of other local churches and community volunteers. Our goal is to provide emergency food, toiletries and baby items to people encountering hardship in the Bromyard area.
If you need Food Bank help please ring 07942 672077.
We rely on the generosity of others to help those in need. If you would like to help, either through volunteering or by making a donation, please email email@example.com for details.
Christians Against Poverty
St Peter’s partners with CAP to offer Christian HOPE to people struggling on a low income. Under the present restrictions caused by the Corona Virus we are unable to offer face to face help. But our volunteers are ready to offer telephone counselling if you need someone to talk to about the pressures you are facing right now. Perhaps you have lost your income, you don’t know how to make ends meet, or you just need to talk about your situation with someone you can trust, in complete confidence. We are not qualified to offer financial advice, but we may be able to suggest some courses of action you may not have considered, which could lift some of the pressure.
Ring or text 07948 903750 and we will return your call.
