I am delighted to celebrate the launch of our new website with this ‘inaugural’ post. For those reading a paper version of this post, please visit http://stpetersbromyard.org.uk. Thank you so much, Nick, for all your hard work.

We would be glad to hear from you with your comments and views. Operating, and updating, the website is very easy, so there is every reason for us to add new pages and so forth. Just let us know.

We continue our series through the Book of Joshua this Sunday, with a look at one of my Bible heroes, old man Caleb. It’s also Mothering Sunday, so we’ll also be thinking about mothers and mothering. We’re heading closer towards Holy Week and Easter so let’s have that as a focus in our lives. Please do join us for our weekly Lent study on Wednesdays at 10.00am (see elsewhere for details). During Holy Week, there’ll be a daily consecutive reading of the story of the Passion. More details to follow.

Clive.

I recently visited your lovely church and was made to feel so welcome.
I was just passing through as had been visiting a National Trust property near by.
I have only visited Bromyard once before, around 40 years ago, and wanted to take another look.
I wish you all the best and really like your new website.
Thank you for making me welcome.

    Best wishes
    David Elliott.
